Constructivist piano lamp designed by architect J.J.P. Oud, in collaboration with designer and producer W.H. Gispen.

This lamp is sold to the Milwaukee Art Museum, Milwaukee USA, at the end of 2024.

Ceramic decorative tiles designed, executed and signed by ‘De Stijl- artist’ Bart van der Leck, origin from the estate of Henk de Leeuw (director of the avant-garde department store Metz&Co) and the heirs of Bart van der Leck.

The tile with decor ‘Beehive’ is sold.

‘Divan tafeltje’ (‘End-table’) designed by Gerrit Rietveld.

This copy was made by Gerard van de Groenekan for Truus Schröder during the period when Gerrit Rietveld and Truus Schröder lived together in the famous ‘Rietveld-Schröder House’ in Utrecht (1958-1964).

Scarf dimensions 6 x 60 cm.
Tie dimensions: 9 x 145 cm

 

The scarf was private property of Bart van der Leck’s eldest daughter Eleonore Van der Leck-Schonk and the tie origins from the personal wardrobe of Henk de Leeuw, the director and owner of the avant-garde warehouse Metz&Co

At this moment the silk scarf and tie are under reservation on behalf of two renowned Dutch museums.
